Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement herein referred as (the "Agreement") provides the terms and conditions that govern your purchase of the Membership provided by i1dotdot.com (the "Seller and/or Service"). The following are the terms used in this Agreement:

1) “Your One Stop Solutions!” and “ i1dotdot.com” referred as (the "Y.O.S.S.!")
2) “Purchaser”, “Member” and “You” referred as (the "Buyer")
3) “Author”, “Products Provider” and “Licensor” referred as (the "Third party")

By clicking on the "Paypal" button, the Buyer is considered to have read and accepted its policies, terms and conditions posted on Y.O.S.S.!. The Buyer is restricted for access or use of the Site should the Buyer does not agree with the terms and conditions. Y.O.S.S.! reserves all rights to modify, append or update this agreement at all times.

The Buyer is strictly prohibited from distributing, electronically transmitting or displaying any materials to any other third party and by doing so or otherwise stated that the Buyer have the rights, the Buyer is deemed to:

* violate state, federal or foreign laws or regulations ;
* infringe on any intellectual property rights (e.g. copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary rights) the site or any third party ;
* defame, slander or trade libellous ;
* threaten or harassing ;
* discriminate based on gender, race, and age or promotes hate that violates Y.O.S.S.! Policy including but not limited to those listed in our Terms of Use.

COPYRIGHT
The entire contents of Y.O.S.S.! are protected by International laws. The copyright belongs to Y.O.S.S.!, its affiliates or other third party. The Buyer shall not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute information abstracted from the site including text, graphics, code and/or software in any form of material. All information downloaded and printed are solely for non-commercial use and that the Buyer agrees not to change or delete any copyrights or proprietary notices from the materials. The Buyer agrees to grant Y.O.S.S.! a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license, with the right to sub-license, to reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works of, publicly display and publicly perform any materials and other information (including, without limitation, ideas contained therein for new or improved products and services) the Buyer submit to any public areas of the Site (such as bulletin boards, forums and newsgroups) or by e-mail to Y.O.S.S.! by all means and in any media now known or hereafter developed. The Buyer also grant to Y.O.S.S.! the rights to use the Buyer's name in connection with the submission of material and other information in relation with all advertising, marketing and promotional material related thereto. The Buyer agrees that there shall have no recourse against Y.O.S.S.! for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary rights in the Buyer's communications to Y.O.S.S.!.

USE OF THE SITE
The Buyer understand that, except for information, products or services clearly stated as being supplied by Y.O.S.S.!, Y.O.S.S.! do not operate, control or endorse any information, products or services on the Internet in any means. Except for Y.O.S.S.!, all identified information, products or services, offered through this Site or on the Internet generally offered by third party, that are not affiliated with Y.O.S.S.!. Y.O.S.S.! do not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through the Site will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties in the system. The Buyer assumes total responsibility for any implementation sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy the requirements for accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to the Site for the reconstruction of any lost data.

Y.O.S.S.! provide the information "As Is" and do not give any expression or warranties, representation or endorsement whatsoever with regards to the service. Y.O.S.S.! shall not be liable for any cost or damage arising from any proceedings. The Buyer holds responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, advice, service and other information provided through Y.O.S.S.! or on the Internet. Y.O.S.S.! do not warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted or error free.

The Buyer understands further that material which are deemed sexually explicit or may be offensive is prohibited in Y.O.S.S.! and Buyer's access to such materials are to be held at own risk. Y.O.S.S.! has no control over and will not accept any responsibility whatsoever in due course resulting from Buyer.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event that Y.O.S.S.! shall be responsible for:

* any incidental, consequential or indirect damages arising from the use of inability to use or access the Site
* any claims caused by errors, omissions or other inaccuracies provided in the Site.

Y.O.S.S.! make no representations whatsoever about any other web site which the Buyer may access or link to the Site. Any unintentionally link to Y.O.S.S.! do not prove any endorsement or acceptance by Y.O.S.S.! and shall not withhold any liability caused by the incident.

INDEMNIFICATION
The Buyer agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Y.O.S.S.!, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Service from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by the Buyer or any other party accessing the Service.

THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
The provisions of (Use of the Site), and (Indemnification) are for the benefit of Y.O.S.S.! and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third party information providers to the Service. Each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions directly against the Buyer on its own behalf.

TERMINATION
This Agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions of (Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions), (Use of the Service), (Indemnification) and (Third Party Rights) shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

JURISDICTION AND VENUE
If any matter concerning this purchase shall be brought before a court of law, pre or post-arbitration, The Buyer agrees to that the sole and proper jurisdiction to be the state and city declared in the contact information of the web owner unless otherwise here specified. In the event that litigation is in a federal court, the proper court shall be the closest federal court to the Y.O.S.S.!.

APPLICABLE LAW
Buyer agrees that the applicable law to be applied shall, in all cases, be that of the state of the Y.O.S.S.!

MEMBERSHIP RIGHTS
Buyer agree Y.O.S.S.! have the rights to discontinue the product, swap the product, stop the service or deplete its services, the membership and change of ownership at any time with written notice.

NO REFUND POLICY
Membership purchased is not subject for a refund as Y.O.S.S.! provide Buyer with a three (3) months support for all the products sold by Y.O.S.S.!. The Buyer may request for an exchange of product with the same value should the purchase products are not compatible, subjected to our availability and applicable for one (1) change. Set-up/Installation instructions are included in the products and you may email support@i1dotdot.com for any problem you may encounter.
